At the close of the first quarter in 2022, the global FieldCore Renewables team is staying recordable injury free with more than 3/4 million manhours. This is a great testament for our teams who feel empowered every day to STOP WORK at any time when they feel the safety of our employees or partners at sites could be at risk. In Q1, 2022, our FieldCore Renewables teams across the globe have stopped work over one thousand times to address concerns or raise potential issues. Being proactive and responding to changes, weather conditions remains our number one stop work in Wind, but our teams are also focused on our high priority topics, including electricity, lifting and tooling hazards.
While we know we are on a continual journey to get better, we are proud of our teams helping us grow our safety culture through 2022 and beyond. We work in challenging, high hazard environments, and we need to have everyone on the team alert to daily changes and situations that could lead to harm. We see our stop work culture as a foundation to improving safety for our teams. In our reviews, our technicians have told us that not only do they feel empowered to stop work, but they also feel safe working in FieldCore. This is how it should be for everyone at work, to be safe and feel safe.
