John holds a diploma in Marine Engineering from the Royal Naval School of Marine Engineering in Portsmouth, England. He started his career at the age of 16 as a mechanical apprentice in Her Majesty’s Royal Navy. While completing his apprenticeship at Technical College, he worked mostly as a technician on Rolls Royce marine gas turbines on destroyers and aircraft carriers. He joined GE in 2002 where he served in a variety of leadership roles throughout Europe and the Middle East before joining FieldCore in 2018 as its first Region General Manager in Europe.
