In August 2021, FieldCore and GE’s Gas Power team executed one of the biggest outages in Spain, two 9FB FLEX conversion at the Endesa’s Sant Adria del BESOS cycle power plant.
The scope included replacing all internal HGP to 9FA model, magic inspections and steam turbine LP bucket replacement. Thanks to the strong and experienced project team, the gas turbine, steam turbine and generator inspections were concluded successfully, and the plant now operates with 100% reliability.
